Wellington, FL – March 4, 2015 – The 2015 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) began its ninth week of competition at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) on Wednesday with a win for 22-year-old Paris Sellon, of Los Angeles, CA, riding Belle in the $34,000 1.45m speed class. Jessica Springsteen (USA) and Davendy S were second with Andrew Ramsay (USA) and Welfare in third.
